Welcome to Day 1 of the Free to Be Online Class with your Breakthrough Coach, that’s me, Sarah Haykel!

In today’s class, we’ll focus on the power of Intention. We’ll discuss how having clarity on what your intentions for living, experiencing and contributing to life are, can act as a road map that guides you to living in alignment with these actual intentions. Living in alignment with your intentions, or what’s important to you, can = living a happy, fulfilling life.
