Welcome to Day 4 of the Free to Be Online Class with your Breakthrough Coach, Sarah Haykel!

Having the ability to take a step back and get curious about “what’s happening” in your experience can calm the nervous system before you lash out or react, and then have something to clean up later with those you love or work with.

Inquiry, or learning how to inquire within yourself, as a curious observer, is a gateway to self-empowerment and personal freedom. No longer bound by habitual reactions and defenses, you gain empowerment within by getting to know yourself better and bringing attention to the old habits and beliefs you want to heal and change so your life can actually change in positive ways.
