For just $24 per month, receive four (4), 30-minute fitness or yoga-mindfulness class per month. You’ll receive a new class each week with lifetime access to the content (internet access and screening device required).
How we can help!
Since 2012, we’ve brought enriching, stimulating, exciting, and engaging classes, performances, lectures, and events to elder care facilities.
We provide in person fitness, mindfulness and chair yoga classes. In addition we perform and present on all kinds of topics related to dance, wellness and culture. We’d love to work in person with you. We’ve also built up a catalogue of 30-minute online fitness and chair yoga classes, some of which include mindfulness meditation, that we’d love to share with you.
If you’d prefer to do pre-recorded classes online from the comfort of your home or room, click here to sign up! Our Zip! online fitness classes for seniors are fun, low key and will get you movin’. When you sign up, you’ll receive one new class each week that you can do all week long on your mobile device that has internet access. You’ll have lifetime access to each class you receive (as long as the class is posted online), and eventually have a library of online classes you can choose from to take each day. Cancel your subscription at any time. To access the online classes, you must have internet access and your own personal screening device that connects to the internet to access the classes.
