The total beginner to the advanced yogi is welcome in our After Work Community Yoga for Beginners group class. Join us in a welcoming environment to explore yoga from an Iyengar perspective: using props to access the physical postures more easily and comfortably, using the breath consciously to connect with our bodies and what’s happening inside us during our practice, and focusing on proper body alignment while in each posture to receive the maximum benefits. Release stress and fill up on inner peace and harmony, for real, with yoga.
We’ll take it slow and build gradually throughout the class session.
