Sacred Movement #1: Introduction to Sacred Movement

Hello you!

Welcome to the art and practice of Sacred Movement!

In  the video, I talk about what Sacred Movement is to me and a little bit about how to allow the breath to inform your movement as you follow your natural rhythm through the dance!

What do you think?  Leave your comments below!  I want to know what you think about all of this!

How can you use Sacred Movement to increase the peace in your life?

What about Sacred Movement is different from other ways of praying or tapping into your spirituality or connection with God or a Higher Power?

Share your thoughts with me below, and of course, if you like what you see, I invite you to send this to two others who may find inspiration from this as well!

WOW, Sarah! That was beautiful! I’m so much on your wavelength. I, too, express this way. It also feels nice to let vocal improv come through with the movement. My feeling is that it doesn’t originate in the brain, as with conventional prayer. I’d say that it may even bypass it.

Awesome Janice! I LOVE this: “My feeling is that it doesn’t originate in the brain, as with conventional prayer. I’d say that it may even bypass it.”

      Brilliant!

I also love that you add vocal improve to it too 🙂

      Thanks for sharing Goddess Queen!
