Rustic Bakes Handmade in Buffalo, N.Y.

For years I’ve dreamed of opening up a bakery.

As a kid, I remember helping my mom bake cookies and confections, standing on a kitchen chair to reach the counter top, with my brother and sister.

Baking was fun and desserts always meant joy to me and my family.  They still do!

And now, my dream is becoming a reality.
