Welcome to Day 3 of the Free to Be Online Class with me, your Breakthrough Coach, Sarah Haykel!

The tool of Noticing can bring you greater self-awareness so you can be empowered and make clearer choices in your life. This can affect your work, your relationships and your life in so many beneficial ways, like having happier relationships with loving communication, feeling at peace because you’re making choices that are in alignment with how you want to live your life, and having more fun because you’re taking responsibility for yourself and not everyone else’s stuff!
