Healing from Codependency?
Back in high school, after going through a difficult time in my early teens, my family began to heal and with it came resources.
My mom has gotten turned on to Melody Beattie’s work in healing for codependents. She gave me Beattie’s book, The Language of Letting Go, Daily Meditations for Codependents, as a tool to continue on my healing journey.
With the original copy in hand, I still pick it up from time to time and read the daily messages. There’s always an opportunity to come into more harmony in our lives and heal more in our relationships.
